Do you struggle with the concept and stillness of mindfulness and meditation - but know its important for your well-being? Now consider how you would have coped when you were a teenager?!

Well, there is an alternative - and it's being put into action with students at The Folkestone School for Girls! Tom Dixon is the emotional health and ADVENTURE EDUCATION coach at the school, in this episode he shares with Liu Batchelor the impact and benefit of sessions including mountain biking, climbing, archery, and bushcraft are having on the young pupils' well-being and studies.
