The latest radio audience research has proven once again that KMFM, Kent's only truly local radio station, is growing in popularity.
There were 173,000 weekly listeners between April and September 2017, an increase of 13,000 listeners.
Total listening hours for the network, which includes people listening via 7 transmission areas and digitally (including DAB, app or at kmfm.co.uk) consistently exceed 1 million.
KMFM's audience remains strong with its target audience. 108,000 are in the 25-54 age group (62% of the overall audience).
All our weekday programmes have increased their audiences. The KMFM Breakfast Show with Garry & Laura has added 9,000 listeners taking them to their biggest audience (89,000) since the show was launched in January this year. While Daytime with Andy Walker is up 16,000 to 97,000 and The Hit List with Glen Scott is up 11,000 to 42,500.
