Headteacher: Mrs A Wiles
We aim to provide a caring atmosphere where all children regardless of race, creed, belief or ability can develop to their full potential both academically and socially by building on each childís earlier experiences. We encourage the development of good relationships based on friendship, honesty and loyalty, as well as self-discipline, respect and consideration for others. It is important to us, as a school, that we develop the individualís ability to work successfully and co-operatively with others whilst showing a degree of responsibility and initiative.
All staff work together to provide a broad and balanced curriculum through exciting and interesting activities. Every member of staff will always strive to do what is best for each individual member of the school and look to actively encourage excellence in all aspects of school life. The school will also look to provide opportunities for children to develop personal interests and widen their field of knowledge and understanding. We appreciate enthusiasm and the willingness to participate in, and enjoy, many different activities. Success is a great motivator and all children have the right to enjoy success.
We aim to promote in all children a sympathetic awareness of the needs of others through a growing understanding of how their actions may affect other people, a respect for persons, truth and property and an ability to discern right from wrong.
