Registering with the Practice

We will be happy to register new patients to the practice providing you are living within the practice catchment area. We do not as a rule accept patients from other practices in the area unless those patients wishing to move practice can provide adequate reasons why they wish to move to this practice.

New patients will be registered with the practice and not an individual doctor. When you join the practice we ask you to fill in a registration form and invite you to attend a registration medical, which includes filling in a form about your past and current medical history, a short examination, including height, weight and blood pressure. Please bring along a urine specimen with you. This service is also extended to patients not seen in the surgery for three years.
